He is also recording a new album coming out in 2006, and he regularly plays live in different concert halls in France and in Europe.

"Pablo Krantz plays on stage as he would play in your living-room. Sometimes intimate, sometimes full of energy and high spirits, his songs are smiling confidences that make you feel better about life. His guitar playing may impress you, but it's his character that leaves a mark on you. Think Serge Gainsbourg for his humour, Leonard Cohen for his discretion, Paolo Conte for his intelligence, and Lou Reed for rock'n'roll and dark sunglasses."

SHORT BIO
Pablo Krantz is an Argentinian writer and musician, born in Buenos Aires in 1970. Between 1989 and 1997, Pablo Krantz leads several rock bands in Argentine, before starting his solo career in 1997.
The same year, he publishes his first short story book, Dame un coche tan rápido que no lo alcancen los recuerdos (“ Give me a car so fast it can't be reached by memories”). Introduced at the Buenos Aires Centro Cultural Recoleta , the book has since been reedited twice.
In 1999, Pablo Krantz launches his first record, Demasiado tiempo en ningún lado (“To much time nowhere”), followed by two video-clips and the vinyl EP Bajo cero: mis experiencias en el lado equivocado de la pasión (“Below Zero : my experiences on the wrong side of passion”). The record gets a very warm welcome in Argentinian and Uruguayan press, being for instance featured in local editions of Rolling Stone and Les Inrockuptibles
In 2001, appear almost simultaneously his second story book, La mañana en que falló la ley de la gravedad , and his second record, Los extraños nunca dicen adiós (respectively “The morning in which the gravity law failed” and “Strangers never say goodbye”). Once again, both works are greeted with enthusiasm by the press in Uruguay and Argentine, with extensive reviews in main Argentinian newspapers such as Clarín , La Nación and Página/12 .
At the beginning of the 2002, in the middle of the great Argentinian crisis, Pablo Krantz decides to leave for Paris, France.
A few months later he is working as a producer and guitar player for Travis Bürki, alias Ü. Their record Après les dancings is published by Walhalla Music on september 2002. They launched it at the Café de la Danse in Paris, and several tours in France and Switzerland followed.
In the meantime, Pablo Krantz started to write songs in French. In 2003 he achieves two demos with his songs in French, together with two different producers. Among them Vincent Artaud, movie music composer (he recorded the music for the short movie that won the Cannes Festival in 2003) and double bass player for famous French singers as Henri Salvador and Patrick Bruel.
These recordings are published in Argentine on December 2003, under the title Les chansons d'amour ont ruiné ma vie / Las canciones de amor arruinaron mi vida (“Love songs ruined my life”). The record is distributed in Argentine and France, and the video-clip of the homonymous song was filmed in London and Germany, and edited in Paris, by Argentinian director Jorge Mario García
By the end of 2003, Pablo Krantz receives one of the awards of the International Short Stories Contest “Juan Rulfo” organized by Radio France International and one of the most important litterary awards in Spanish.
